Aspiring Primary Teacher - Primary Teaching Assistant

Q - Are you a recent graduate who wants to get a full academics years' worth of experience before pursuing a Teaching career?

A fantastic Primary School in the Borough of Richmond are on the hunt for Aspiring Primary Teachers to work as Primary Teaching Assistants this September. This school are looking for bubbly, charismatic graduates who can bring their creativity and imagination into the classroom to support the KS1 - KS2 students with their academics.

You will be working across your desired year group or Key Stage, carrying out 1:1 & group interventions inside and outside the classroom with a focus on raising attainment. Throughout this role, you will be required to work alongside SEN children supporting them with their academics, as well as their SEMH needs. This will include working with children with Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.

You will be supported from day one, with opportunities to grow, challenge yourself and find your dream career! This school are looking for graduates who they can really invest in and enrol onto their Salaried Teacher Training scheme as early as September 2025

Enrolling onto the Aspiring Primary Teacher Program (Schools Direct)

Full Time & Long-term contract - Monday-Friday

£105 - £110 Per Day

1st Class or 2:1 degree at a Russel Group University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident and ambitious to make positive impacts on pupils
