Are you an experienced Project Manager who has worked in a technical environment ?
Do you have experience of Data Management, Data Migration, Data Reconciliation or Regulatory Implementation (PSD2, Basel IV) projects ?
Would you like to work for a leading consultancy that specialises in Data Management & Analytics ?
You will be based from their Edinburgh, London, Leeds or Manchester offices, working a mix of remote, office and client site visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage and deliver technical projects within the data domain.
* Track project dependencies and develop strategies for best practice delivery.
* Ensure quality assurance and testing standards are met.
* Handle defect management and prioritise problem resolution based on risk.
* Deliver projects related to data management, migration, reconciliation, and regulatory implementation.
* Negotiate project scope and priorities with stakeholders.
* Maintain strong relationships and manage expectations of senior stakeholders.
* Implement governance, controls, and frameworks to support project delivery
Essential skills:
* Significant experience and proficiency in Technical Project Management.
* SQL development skills
* Strong project management experience in an agile environment.
* Proficiency in dependency tracking and developing strategies for best practice delivery.
* Technical Expertise:
* Strong technical knowledge within the data domain.
* Understanding of testing and quality assurance.
* Experience with defect management, acceptance testing, and problem resolution.
* Risk-based prioritisation skills.

* Experience in areas such as Data Management, Data Migration, Data Reconciliation, or regulatory implementation (e.g., PSD2, Basel IV).
* Ability to negotiate project scope and priority with teams and customer stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior stakeholders (e.g., Director level and above).
* Capability to drive direction on governance, controls, and frameworks to deliver business remediation and testing.
