Carpenter Multi required - domestic property repairs.

Brief overview of Responsibilities:
* Undertaking response maintenance repairs in social housing properties.
* This will include general response repairs / reactive maintenance
* Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, decorating.
* Customer facing role.
* Jobs will be around the SO postcode area.

Requirements:
* Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
* Full tool set
* Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
