What you'll be doing:
Provide active help-desk support, including logging and prioritising tasks, and liaising with engineering teams to ensure timely completion.
Assist with administrative duties, including customer report collation, updating customer hubs, and providing cover for holidays and absences.
Manage financial tasks such as purchase order raising, invoice validation, and maintaining quote sheets for internal and external clients.
Handle document management, including general filing, document retention, and updating the site electronic diary.
Coordinate with suppliers for material quotes and delivery updates, and raise quotations for clients and end users.
Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility projects and contribute to overall team efficiency.
What we're looking for:
Good level of IT skills
Good communication skills
Previous experience within similar administrative role
