Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
The Role:

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Support person to join our dynamic team.
As an Sales Support representative, you will play a key role in supporting both internal teams and customers. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, from answering customer inquiries and providing technical support to assembling components and working with suppliers. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls and emails, providing technical support and quotations.
* Assist trade counter customers, offering solutions and product advice.
* Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Process customer orders received via phone and email, ensuring smooth transactions.
* Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders and handle inquiries.
* Joint customer visits when required.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working with hydraulic sector is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
* Problem-solving skills to handle customer product issues and provide guidance.
