Telesales Executive

Location: Peterlee

Salary: £24,000-£25,500 per year plus commission (OTE £35,000)

Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We are partnering with a highly reputable business in Peterlee who are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their lead generation team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with telephone based sales experience. What You’ll Be Doing:

* Using data to make outbound calls to customers both new and existing to generate new business leads

* Establishing customers needs through tailored questioning and providing solutions

* Establishing customers interest in additional services alongside their current contracts

* Arranging call backs for customers, setting up leads for sales advisors to close deals

* Adding customers in current contracts to future pipeline data lists

* Updating customer correspondance on salesforce ensuring accurate data management

* Previous telephone based sales experience

* A proactive and motivated mindset

* Excellent telephone communication skills

* A results-driven attitude with a passion for hitting sales targets and KPIs
