We will be delivering a full training programme, and you will have the unusual opportunity to be part of the founding team that shapes the future of the home.

About us

KPMS has been operating children and young people’s services since 2006, focusing on supporting our residents in recovering from adverse childhood experiences to eventually lead independent and safe lives. We specialise in risk management for young people with complex needs. We believe that children have a better chance of success when they have the skills and resources to navigate the next stages of their lives. Joseph House aims to offer high-quality residential care to children and young people in a nurturing, understanding and safe environment.

3. Responsibility – do you take ownership over your actions, decisions, and reactions?

4. Creativity – are you committed to using imaginative or new ways of working to optimise results for children?

In addition to demonstrating our values, candidates will also have:

* A minimum of 1 year’s experience working directly with children and young people

* A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. In some circumstances, we may consider candidates without the relevant NVQ who have exceptional experience and are willing to complete the qualification during their employment.
