Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour

Overtime available at enhanced rates

Temp-to-perm contract after a successful 12-week probation period

206 hours of holiday plus bank holidays

THE BUSINESS

THE ROLE

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

Loading and unloading vans

Preparing in-house and subcontract work for painting

Loading and unloading items from production lines

Wrapping products for dispatch

Working alongside a small team of Powder Coaters to ensure efficient workflow

THE PERSON

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Previous experience in assembly or line production

Team player with experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Driving/FLT license desirable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible approach with a positive work ethic and punctuality
