We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client in their central Manchester offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales or upselling experience who is looking for their next challenge.

The role is hybrid so successful candidates will need to be able to travel to the Manchester site.

What you'll be doing as an Inbound Sales Advisor -

Handling inbound calls from customers to discuss products and services
Identify opportunities to upsell products or add-ons to customers
Resolve customer queries to a high standard
Ensure any complaints are handled quickly and effectively

What experience we're looking for -

Previous sales, upselling or contact centre experience
Excellent communication skills
Great problem solving skills
Computer literate as you'll be using several in house systems
