Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Job Summary:

We are seeking an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating construction project costs, crafting comprehensive proposals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project management.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct site surveys for potential new projects and assist the tendering process.

* Prepare and send out Tender sub-contractor packages and quantified material supplier packages .

* Manage and prepare project Interim Valuation for client submission.

* Develop site schedules of works and manage project variations.

* Develop and manage CVF’s & CVR’s

* Prepare sub-contractor payment certificates.

* Plan project costs, variations, and forecasts, including generating interim valuations.

* Manage multiple projects.

* Procure and manage materials for projects.

* Draft and manage supply agreements with subcontractors.

* Create progress reports to accompany interim valuations.

* Maintain and develop business relationships with clients.

* Liaise closely with Contract Manager & Site Managers.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Qualifications:

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to create detailed reports and documentation.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
