About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic healthcare team in Warrington. Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to patients across a range of clinical conditions.
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, focusing on disease prevention and health promotion.
Prescribe medications and treatments as per clinical guidelines and patient needs.
Lead and participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Offer mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff and students.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary or urgent care setting.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent clinical skills, including advanced assessment and diagnostic abilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
