With warm leads from the estate agents and full administrative support, you can focus on what you do best—helping customers secure the perfect property.

Package

Salary: £28,000 with a guaranteed additional payment for a fixed period.
Car: Company car or car allowance (£2,500), with opportunities to progress towards prestigious vehicles like Audi, Jaguar, or BMW.
On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £60,000 (uncapped).  
Work Pattern

5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays off per month).

Meet clients to assess individual circumstances and needs.
Identify and recommend the best financial and mortgage solutions.
Sell associated insurance products from Legal & General.
Meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with the estate agency team to maximize business opportunities.
Provide coaching and support to colleagues to maintain high referral rates.
Proactively contact the existing client base for new business opportunities.
Liaise with lenders to ensure product suitability for customers.
Ensure all documentation complies with FCA guidelines. What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: CEMAP 1 (minimum) or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, strong work ethic, and resilience under pressure.
Attributes: Ambitious, self-motivated, smart, articulate, and well-presented.
