Finegreen are currently working with a large healthcare organisation in the appointment of a senior Estates/Property professional who has significant experience with PPP/PFI contractual and commercial arrangements.
The role is for an initial interim period of 6 months, but may extend beyond this point.
Overview of the role:
Hold responsibility and accountability for the performance of a Regional Property Portfolio including lead, empower and manage a team of property management professionals;
Provide support and guidance for their direct reports in managing their local delivery teams as part of the building management function and principal contacts for tenants in the buildings;
Act as both the escalation and resolution point for any property and operational issues;
Identify and deliver service improvements and ensure the required operational compliance, standards and services are delivered across their Region;
Working with others within the UK wide team to deliver improved utilisation, regularisation, void reduction and delivering social value through the portfolio;
Responsibility for ensuring the Regional portfolio’s Hard FM contracts is correctly specified in line with customer defined requirements;
Led on disputes/issues at senior level around commercial and contractual issues on PPP/PFI;
Ideal candidate:
Professional qualification within the area of Property Services (example RICs or BIFM);
Must have healthcare estates experience, including landlord and tenant property portfolio background;
Must have an understanding of PPP/PFI at senior commercial and contractual level within previous roles.
