German speaking Account Executive
Location: Huntingdon
Hybrid work 2 days a week in the office after training
Salary: between £30,000 and £38,000 per annum depending on experience

The company: A global supplier of industrial materials.

Main Duties:
You will be in charge of performing export sales administration duties as well as supporting the development of existing and new accounts on one of the company's most profitable markets in Europe.

The Role:
- Manage clients' enquiries and process quotations
- Process orders and follow up on their progress
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities within existing key accounts
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to convert business leads into sales
- Respond to sales leads and enquiries over the telephone and email in a timely manner
- Liaise internally to ensure a smooth running of operations
- Manage customers complaints and escalate when appropriate
- Following up on pricing, invoicing and payments
- Completing any necessary administration

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German to high standard - essential
- Customer focused
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills with attention to detail
- Dynamic, proactive and confident personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
