£26,000 - £29,000 + bonus
Hybrid (Monday – Friday 37.5 hours)

We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join a well-established sales team. The company specialises in B2B sales, supporting businesses across the UK.
  
The Role

Managing inbound and outbound sales interactions with clients and sales teams.
Negotiating rates and guiding clients through a compliant sales process
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
Meeting KPIs including advances, business development, and lead generation
Managing your own sales pipeline while working collaboratively with the team What we need from you

Experience in a customer-facing sales role is ideal, particularly within financial services. However, we welcome applicants with a strong aptitude for sales, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and target-driven mindset
Good numeracy, accuracy, and IT literacy
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple client demands
A-levels/BTEC minimum Hours & Benefits
Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
Hybrid working model (up to two days from home after training)
25 days holidays + bank holiday (increasing to 28 days with service)
