We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our clients award winning team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to elderly residents and a strong understanding of the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents

* Assessing and developing individualised care plans

* Managing and coordinating care delivery

* Mentoring and training care staff

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Qualifications and Experience

* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

* Proven experience working in elderly care, preferably in a care home setting

* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to lead and motivate a team
