Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location:Rye
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Duties include:

Developing and implementing marketing plans to target new business

Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand

Producing and publishing tailored content in various formats across the website and social media

Keeping a close eye on responses and tracking each campaign

Being the "go to " person for external copywriters, printers & graphic designers

The person:

At least 3 years' experience working preferably from B2B background

Proven experience in developing and executing matrix driven marketing campaigns

Experience with marketing automation and CRM

Expertise with using SEO to write creative copy

Ability to produce engaging on brand content (written, audio, video) with support when required

Solid understanding of social media best practices scheduling tools

Understanding of sustainability practices would be a bonus
