Company Description

United Living  are currently  working on a  20 storey high rise project on Saxton Lane in Leeds, containing  207 apartments ranging from one to four bed apartments.  The RC frame currently under construction  will soon be clad in brick on masonry support, curtain walling  and aluminium windows. 

Job Description

We are looking to employ an Facade Manager  with the relevant  experience in high rise brick envelopes, whose role will include but not be limited to the following:

Management of brickwork package
Management of window installation  packages  in conjunction with internals team
Management of cladding/roofing packages
Management of the scaffold installation / alterations
Management of all building envelope QA incl fire barrier installation
Joint management of deliveries on to site

Qualifications

Experience required as a minimum related to the packages you will be managing.

Experience working on RC frames over 10 storey
Experience working with brickwork on masonry support
Experience working with scaffolding on high rise frame (ideally with scaffold awareness training)
Experience working with hoist installation on high rise building
Experience working fast moving & multiple workfaces/ levels
Experience working very compact site, with just in time deliveries building to the whole boundary with single access/ egress
Overall good knowledge and experience in the construction industry
