Job Title: Electrician (Commercial Refurbishment & Maintenance)
Location: West Midlands & Staffordshire
Hourly Rate: £17 - £18 per hour + Overtime

Our client, a well-established, family-run M&E Contractor, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their growing team. Specializing in commercial refurbishment and maintenance projects, they have built a strong reputation for quality work and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial refurbishment projects

* Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics on electrical systems

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and industry regulations

* Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery

* Complete necessary paperwork and certification for each job

* Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Previous experience in commercial refurbishments and maintenance projects

* Strong understanding of electrical systems and fault-finding techniques

* Full UK driving license

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
