We are currently looking for an experienced Planner, with a background in repairs and maintenance, to join an institution in the area of Birmingham.

As a Planner, you will have experience in:

Scheduling and organising operatives diaries
Working in a high pressured environment
Providing a friendly and professional customer experience to all
Managing inboxes and competency in using systems to log repairs and notes accurately
Planner
£15 - £18 per hour
Mon - Fri | 35hrs a week
Contract
Birmingham

The responsibilities of this role include:

Handling customer queries via telephone and email
Escalating issues to the maintenance team
Chasing jobs and providing updates to customers
