Technical Services Manager 
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor that has recently secured a major project in Hertfordshire. They are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to take the lead on MEP delivery, overseeing the laboratory, office, and diesel pump sections of the project.

The Role:
Overseeing the full MEP package from pre-construction through to completion.
Managing subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
Liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams to maintain high standards.
Ensuring health & safety compliance and all relevant documentation is in place.
Providing technical input and problem-solving to ensure project success. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in MEP project management on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within tight deadlines.
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. What’s on Offer: ? £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
