Working as the Principal Consultant you will be primarily responsible for leading an existing team of 3 consultants and driving the skilled and technical division forward. This is an established, division and we are looking for a 360 Principal Consultant who can lead from the front.

Based in the company's Wolverhampton office, you'll be tasked with the following:

* Mentoring, motivating, inspiring and developing a team of 3 consultants

* Building relationships with candidates and potential clients

* Developing and expanding your desk through Account Management and Business development

* Delivering constant recruitment for key clients

What experience do I need?

We want someone who's got a background in working within a recruitment agency, this will be within the engineering sector.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- At least 12 months sales experience

- A professional telephone manner

- The ability to work to targets & KPIs

- An understanding of the engineering sector.

- The ability to motivate your team and drive the division forward.

What can I earn?

This Principal Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive basic salary of £40,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus if you hit your targets (details of which will be revealed on application).
