The Nursing Home Manager Overview:

Cureyoursearch are delighted to be representing an excellent and established care provider in the North West, who have a new opportunity for an experienced nurse qualified Nursing Home Manager for a fabulous, modern and purpose-built home in Blackpool.

The Nursing Home Manager will be nurse qualified and experienced at managing a care home, possessing a passion for delivering exceptional care to their residents, and to provide leadership ang guidance to an experienced team. This is a lovely home and is rated Good with CQC.

The Nursing Home Manager Candidate:

Experienced RGN/RMN within a care home environment
Active NMC PIN
Previous supervisory or management experience
Passionate about delivering high quality, person-centred care
Excellent communication skills
The Nursing Home Manager Package:

Salary up to £60,000 + bonus

The Nursing Home Manager Interview Process:
Stage one – Informal with Regional Manager
Stage two – On-site interview the Operations Director
