Realise Education are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Skegness.

Responsibilities:

As a teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

* Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Work with small groups or individual students, providing additional support and guidance.

* Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress.

* Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

* Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school activities and events when needed.

Requirements:

* A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

* Genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.

* Adaptable and resilient nature, with the ability to work in a dynamic school environment.

* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

* Experience working with children or in an educational setting
