Do you have a passion for student well-being and personal development? This role will enable you to play a key role in supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and practical support to students, helping them navigate their academic and personal challenges.
• Promote positive behaviour and a respectful school culture.
• Address behavioural issues and work with students to develop appropriate strategies for improvement.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual support plans for students with specific needs.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions focused on personal development, resilience, and well-being.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to staff and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Experience in a pastoral or support role within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• A commitment to promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe, inclusive school environment.
