Band 7/8a Pharmacist – Acute or Community Hospital Setting

We are currently seeking a Band 7/8a Pharmacist with experience in an acute hospital or community hospital setting to join our hospital based client in Lowestoft. This is an excellent opportunity for a prescriber looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Position Details:

Role: Band 7/8a Pharmacist (Must be a Independant Prescriber)
Location:  Lowestoft. On-site initially for training, with scope for hybrid working once settled.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing
Pay Rate: £30 - £37 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical pharmacy services in an acute or community hospital setting.
Provide expert medication management and advice, including prescribing and patient counselling.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Maintain and develop expertise in acute and community pharmacy practice.
Requirements:

GPHC Qualified Pharmacist with prescriber status.
Experience in an acute or community hospital setting.
Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely once settled.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
