Rexel UK, are looking for a Assistant Manager to join our Chippenham Branch!
This role is vital for continued branch success, As the Assistant Manager you will provide support to the Manager and across the team to ensure that customer service is top priority, by managing the sales activity, organising out the deliveries and identifying new sales opportunities, driving growth, and consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Assistant Manager - What we are looking for:
* SALES EXPERIENCE: Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management ideally in a Trade Environment.
* COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Able to demonstrate excellent conversational skills, to effectively communicate across the team and customers.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS: To be customer centric with a customer service background
* ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS: Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
