Multiskilled Electrician
Join First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO)’s dynamic repairs team on a permanent basis, delivering repairs to a local customer base where you can really make a difference.
Carry out your duties as an Electrician in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. Be part of an on-call Rota to cover Out of Hours breakdowns as required.
Our Offer:
A salary of £36,000 per annum plus an opportunity to earn additional stand by paid call out
A 37-hour working week

Our ideal candidate:
Has a full UK driving licence
Is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures), or equivalent and must have C&G 2391
Has a UKATA Asbestos Awareness certificate
Has demonstrable experience of working as an electrician on domestic properties and
Understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
Is able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of Health & Safety
Has excellent customer-service skills
