We are currently recruiting for a Primary School in Urmston, Trafford. This is a position to start ASAP on a temporary basis.

The Role:

School caretaker
Monday to Friday. 7:00am - 11:30am.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance of the school building and surrounding grounds.Duties include:

Managing the upkeep of the school buildings and surrounding grounds
Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising outside contractors
Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required
Adhering to the school's safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyoneTo join us and be successful in this caretaker role, you will need:

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, therefore you would need clear enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new one.
Experience in a similar role as a caretaker or site maintenance.
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
Provide a CV with employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
