Energy Analyst

Are you passionate about energy efficiency, sustainability, and driving meaningful change? We are seeking an Energy Analyst to join our team at a market-leading facilities management company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in energy management, monitoring, and optimisation—focusing on efficiency improvements rather than billing analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse energy consumption data across multiple sites to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for energy reduction.
Support the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects.
Work closely with clients, engineers, and site teams to improve energy performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and support net-zero strategies.
Monitor and assess building energy management systems (BEMS/BMS) to drive efficiency.
Keep up to date with legislation, industry best practices, and new technologies to enhance energy performance. What We’re Looking For:
Experience in energy management or sustainability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex energy data and reporting tools.
Knowledge of BEMS/BMS systems, carbon reporting, and energy efficiency measures.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing energy-saving strategies.
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and clients.
Relevant qualifications in energy management, environmental science, or engineering (e.g., Level 3 Energy Management, CIBSE, or equivalent) are desirable. What’s in It for You?
