Telesales Executive, Cramlington

Our client designs, manufactures and supplies cutting edge technology globally and currently have an opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their friendly offices. The successful candidate will support in house sales team, reaching out to potential customers to promote products and services.
Responsibilities
* Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
* Present product/service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects
* Address customer questions and objections effectively to close sales
* Consistently meet and exceed targets
* Maintain accurate records on CRM
Criteria
* Must have demonstrable experience in a similar sales role
* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
* Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated and meet daily call targets
* Basic understanding of CRM software for managing leads and sales data
* Proficient user of IT systems and packages, Microsoft Office essential
* A positive, self-starter who is hungry to learn and progress their career
