Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for training and developing teams? We’re looking for a Training Manager to join our forward-thinking aerospace business. Based in Poynton you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our production workforce's skills and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Training Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Leading structured training programs that upskill both new recruits and the existing production team, with a focus on continuous improvement.

* Collaborating with the Process Developer function to ensure new products are seamlessly transitioned into production, with the right tooling and training support.

* Evaluating post-launch performance and implementing changes to drive quality, cost, and technical improvements.

* Managing the development of training materials – from videos to e-learning modules – and ensuring high-quality delivery across all training activities.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in people management and training within a manufacturing environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

* A solid grasp of both traditional and modern training techniques.

* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (desirable).
