Manpower is recruiting for a dedicated Production Operative to join a large manufacturing company based in Yate. Our client specializes in the production of high-quality uniforms, and we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to play a crucial role in their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure fabric cutting machines are loaded accurately and efficiently.
Input the correct cutting programs for each uniform.
Allocate and manage the appropriate paperwork for each machine.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.Ideal Candidate:

Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not essential.Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (with a shift pattern to be implemented soon):
Week 1 (Earlies):
Monday-Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Week 2 (Lates):
Monday-Thursday: 14:00 - 22:30
