We are currently working with a Care Company based in Brentwood and they are looking for a experenced Domiciliary Carers to join them to support Home Care in Brenwood, Billericay and Ingatestone.

Responsibilities:

1.

Provide personalised care to individuals, promoting their independence and dignity. Tasks may include:

Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, continence management, and mobility support.

*

Helping with prescribed medications or creams.

*

Preparing meals/snacks, assisting with feeding.

*

Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and light gardening (as agreed).

2.

Adhere to organisational policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

3.

Participate in training and regular staff meetings.

4.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and follow electronic compliance systems.

5.

Attend reviews of care plans as required.

6.

Report any concerns, including potential signs of abuse, immediately to the management team.

7.

Dress appropriately, using personal protective equipment provided, and display professional identification.
