Cedar Recruitment are currently recruiting for X3 Procurement Officers, to work as a Procurement Support Executive for a Public Sector Client in London.

This is an interesting role with a sole focus on Social Value, working alongside the procurement support team in evaluating the social value of bids and working towards the organisations mission of contributing £100 billion in Social Value.

This role is working Hybrid on a permanent basis and is offering up too £38,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

Assessing social value in bids using the Social Value TOM System™ framework.
Providing best practice advice, training, templates, and tools related to procurement.
Communicating with stakeholders on evaluation updates and providing feedback.
Conducting internal moderation and review processes.
Supporting process improvements and technical developments.

Six paid volunteering days per year Essential Experience:

Experience in evaluating ITT's across different procurement routes
A minimum of two years' experience in a public sector procurement
A good knowledge of PA23
