They have been operating in the region for more than 50 years and boast a very healthy financial status. With a long-term view of growing the business whilst maintaining efficient service and project delivery, they are now looking for a like-minded and growth orientated individual to join the business in the role of Pre-Construction Manager.

They are looking for a Pre-construction Manager to join their team to assist in the development and delivery of pre-construction activities within the region, ensuring that the high standard of the technical aspects is met before handing over to the construction team.

Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in managing design and providing technical guidance

* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

* Strong knowledge of construction systems

* Expertise in planning processes, design sequences, and construction stages.

* Good people management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

* Proactive, problem-solving, with a "thinking outside the box" mindset.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Commercially aware and experienced in managing consultant appointments.

* Familiarity with key design principles

* Understanding of contract management, contract law, and procurement types.

* Proficient in IT tools
