The role
As an Infrastructure Integrated Planner, your role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated Infra plans for each Site Director area within the project. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify risk, opportunities and potential mitigation and through the delivery of resourced schedules and succinct reports, provide added value to the Strategic Programme. You will also be responsible for the timely submission of integrated Infra plans within the strategic level integrated plan.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
Programme Management and Support to Delivery Sponsors.
Collate data from multiple sources to integration into required P6 Resource loaded schedules.
Extensive KSH engagement over cross-organisational boundaries.
Develop and manage individual Site Director’s Primavera P6 plans as required.
Analyse, challenge and report discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities within the integrated plans to ensure timely mitigation and VFM solutions for MOD.
Develop and manage a monthly DHI level CSI integrated infra plan to provide an overall strategic CSI picture.
Demonstrate cause and effect and run mitigation scenarios as required
Work with NC, Project Managers and MOD to ensure one version of the truth which is robust and realistic.
Engage with Engineering and Compliance groups and be able to identify their tasks and how they interact.
Communicate effectively
Compile monthly reports on progress, change, cause and effect and mitigation measures for CSI Steering Board, NC & MOD
Submit Infra integrated plan into HMNBC strategic plan on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and robustness.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Must have experience of producing P6 schedules and associated documentation including good understanding of risk, change management and stakeholder management.
SC Clearance.
Primavera P6 practitioner
MS Office proficiency.It’s great if you also have the following
DV Clearance.
NEC3/4 experience.
project management qualifications.
