About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor:
Opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor from either a main or sub-contractor background to join a growing interiors business with offices in Bishop Stortford and Central London. Experience with drylining projects and NEC contracts is essential. The initial project has an 18-24 month construction phase that begins soon in Westminster.

Responsibilities for Project Quantity Surveyor:
* Pricing and managing change/variations.
* Site Meetings and responsible for the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
* Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts (24 month construction phase).

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
* 3+ years' experience within a construction quantity surveying position with a developer, main or fit out contractor.
* Experience as a site No.1.
* Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
* Good communication and inter-personal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.
