Experienced Recruitment Business Development Manager required to service cold and warm portfolio.

We are seeking a dynamic BDM to introduce our services to new prospects and build relationships with existing clients.

The role

* Arranging and attending meetings with new and existing clients to further our business progression

* Devising new sales strategies that incorporate our current team

* Negotiating new business contracts

* Carrying out all associated admin

You must be

* Target/self-driven

* An excellent communicator

* Quick to build relationships

* Organised

* Experienced in the recruitment industry

* In possession of a full UK driving licence
