Sub Title: Vehicle Technician - Main Dealer - Manufacturer Training
It is essential for you to have the following skills to be able to apply:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Experience working in a main dealer environmentLocation: Cardiff

Package:

Up to £30,000 Basic
£12,000 Bonus - OTE £42,000
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
1 in 2 Saturdays (no weekend work starting in the new year)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Repairs and Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
Vehicle Inspections: Carry out comprehensive vehicle inspections to detect issues early.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer concerns and keeping them updated.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of all work performed, complying with industry regulations.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Training and Development: Stay up to date with the latest manufacturer training and technology developments.Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence is essentialINDAM
