Construction Site Manager – Industrial & Logistics Project (12-Month Contract) – Peterborough

Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a 12-month industrial and logistics project in Peterborough.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site operations while maintaining strong communication with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing site operations and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget

* Managing health & safety compliance, ensuring a safe working environment

* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour

* Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality control standards are met

* Reporting progress to senior management and resolving any site issues

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or logistics projects

* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure efficient project delivery
