Flux Consulting have partnered with a family-run business based in Chesham, known for their commitment to quality, reliability, and strong client relationships. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) with a construction background to support the Managing Director and Contracts Manager.
You will have a key support role where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and providing high-level support to the Managing Director and Contracts Manager. You will handle diary management, project coordination, document preparation, and liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a good understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities of this role will include;
* Provide full PA support to the Managing Director and Contracts Manager, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
* Prepare and manage project documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
* Assist with project administration, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that project-related tasks are completed efficiently.
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to support project progression and resolve any administrative queries.
* Organize and prepare for meetings, taking notes, and following up on action points.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
The ideal applicant for this position will possess;
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the construction industry.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
