Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our team at Harmony Manor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive and safe environment for both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the children’s home.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and national care standards.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of the children.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff.
• Build positive relationships with children, their families, and external agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make necessary improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a children’s residential setting.
• Registered Manager qualification Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
