£36,000 - £36,500 + 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH + Van + Fuel Card

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 37.5-hour week, across a portfolio of commercial healthcare sites (hospital, health clinics, dental practices, commercial offices), across Nottingham.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties.

* Temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, changing taps and showerheads, water hygiene, TMV checks, filter changes on AHU's and any other general building service duties.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to have experience in a maintenance plumber role within a commercial environment.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.

* NVQ Level 3 Plumbing is essential.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
