Legal Administrator- Nottingham- Permanent- £23,500
Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a leading law firm in Nottingham. The role of Legal Administrator is to provide comprehensive clerical support to a small but busy team.
Responsibilities
Processing Legal Aid applications and dealing with amendments
Processing invoices in accordance with office procedures
Online diary management, to include hearings, filing dates etc.
Ensuring hearings/ meetings are flagged for allocation
Chasing outstanding documents
Drafting basic court documents and standard letters
Setting up client appointments
Liaising with clients, the courts, and other professionals both in person, by email, and by telephone
Opening and closing physical files
Taking minutes of meetings
Ideal Person
Previous experience within a Legal environment- desirable
Previous Admin experience- essential
Strong IT skills
Confident and polite telephone manner
Able to prioritise workload
Salary: £23,500
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
City Centre location
