Base Location: Cardiff

Salary: £14.02 p/hr

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours with a Hybrid working pattern 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing your own Portfolio

· Handling all billing related activities

· Seek to resolve queries within agreed SLA

· Build Relationships with both customers and consultants

What do you need?

· Industry Experience

· Previous experience in call centre environments

· Super Customer Service and Communication Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft office app (Especially Excel)

· Personable and Engaging
