Night Shift CNC Miller

 Salary: £22- £23 per hour (including shift allowance )

 Location: Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire 

Syntech Recruitment are currently working with an  precision engineering company based in Newport Pagnell that specialises in manufacturing high-precision CNC milled and turned components from solid and cast materials in a wide range of metals and plastics. Supplying various industries, including Motorsport, Automotive, Defence, and Industrial, the company has built a strong foundation, particularly within F1. Over the past 12 years, continued growth and investment have ensured it remains at the forefront of engineering developments.

Due to ongoing expansion, there is a vacancy for an experienced Night shift CNC Miller 

Experience and Competencies:
Experience as a Setter/Operator across a range of 3 and 5-axis CNC machine centres, ideally within a fast-paced precision engineering and prototype environment.
Strong working knowledge of Heidenhain, Hurco, or Mazatrol controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measurement equipment.
Experience in machining a variety of metals and plastics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback to operators and engineers.
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
