What you’ll be doing...

* Overall accountability for the operational performance of an exciting asset in the heart of London

* Working alongside the TSM for the contractor management of the soft services

* Oversee the fit-outs of incoming tenants and managing ongoing and new projects

* Lead on all compliance throughout the building with a focus on Health & Safety

* Lead on creating a 5* customer experience for tenants, guests, and visitors.

To be successful, you will need…

* Experience in building management in a multi-tenanted mixed-use commercial and retail building.

* Project management experience

* Experience managing budgets

* IOSH desirable but not essential.

* A positive attitude with an enthusiasm for customer experience.
