TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a SHORT TERM CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the Bristol area to SURVEY SOCIAL HOUSING PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role 
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - Very Good Rates 
Properties located in/around the BRISTOL area (i have a property list that i can forward)
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties 
Contact number for tenatas provided
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.Apply with an up-to date CV
