Secondary Teaching Assistant
Location: Chesterfield, S40
Commutable from: Sheffield, Worksop, Mansfield, Rotherham
Pay Rate: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Long-term with potential for a permanent position
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of secondary school students? A thriving secondary school in Chesterfield (S40) is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support their students in achieving academic and personal success.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom activities.
Providing tailored support to students in one-on-one and small-group settings.
Encouraging a positive learning atmosphere to enhance student engagement.
Supporting students in building confidence and developing key academic skills.Who We're Looking For:

A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English & Maths preferred).
Experience in a classroom, mentoring, or youth work setting is advantageous.
